- ➤ Arkansas lawmakers approved an additional $32 million to keep Education Freedom Accounts funded through the 2025-2026 school year, raising the total to $310 million (covering over 44,000 students) for private schooling and homeschooling. - ➤ Hobbs State Park-Conservation, which borders Beaver Lake east of Rogers, now offers cruises for eagle and waterfowl viewing after years of using a pontoon boat at Rocky Branch Marina — Northwest Arkansas Audubon Society helped launch loon-waterfowl tours to expand fall and winter bird-watching opportunities.
