  • Walmart faces a $222.7 million verdict after a jury in Little Rock awarded Zest Labs $72.7 million in compensatory damages and $150 million in punitive damages in a trade secrets lawsuit; Zest Labs said Walmart broke its nondisclosure agreement when it used the Zest Fresh Solution to develop its own system—Ecoark Holdings Inc. of Rogers owns Zest.   • Austin Lee Lamb, owner of Lamb Enterprises LLC, is accused of defrauding Rogers tornado victims out of over $219,000 through fraudulent roof repair deals and now faces new theft by deception and property theft charges with court dates set for June—investigators say he used the funds on personal expenses and luxury purchases.  5 News
