- ➤ Rogers city council member Hayes Minor, a former police chief, was arrested Sunday night for DWI, speeding and following too closely on I-49 near the Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd exit – he was booked at 11:51 p.m. on June 1, released on a $1,105 bond and his next court hearing is scheduled for July 7. 5 News
