- ➤ The state will auction tax-delinquent parcels in River Valley this month—one event on July 23 at 10 a.m. at the Fort Smith Convention Center and a second on July 24 at 10 a.m. at Arkansas Tech University’s Building 7 with registration starting at 9 a.m. at each location.
