- ➤ At Tuesday's meeting, the Rogers City Council unanimously approved increases to water and sewer rates to pay for over $100M in water system projects and $160M in wastewater improvements. The new ordinance—effective Oct. 1—will phase in the rate changes over the next five years, raising a typical home's combined bill from $36.52 in 2025 to $61.23 in 2030.
