  • The Arkansas Cinema Society is hosting Filmland: Arkansas 2025 at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts from Aug. 13th to 17th and will show two films — Mississippi River Styx by Andy McMillan and Tim Grant and Peeping Todd by Josh Munds. John Boozman of Rogers joined a bipartisan group on Thursday to introduce a bill that would add 14,000 Medicare-supported residency slots—aimed at easing the projected doctor shortage in underserved areas.
