- ➤ Rudolph Wahl (76) fell off his tube and drowned at Siloam Springs Kayak Park Saturday around 5 p.m. as confirmed by Lt. Shannon Jenkins of the Benton County Sheriff's Office. Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

- ➤ Bentonville man accused of killing his nephew was ordered to be committed to the Arkansas State Hospital by Benton County Circuit Judge Brad Karren — he must restore his fitness to stand trial. Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

- ➤ After a water main break, the Arkansas Department of Health issued a boil order Monday for customers on the east side of Arkansas 62 and on Landers Road west of the highway.
