- ➤ Today marks 24 years since the 9/11 attacks and Rogers man Chuck Stout recalled feeding first responders after the tragedy while he ran a McDonald's franchise in Pennsylvania. - ➤ A total of 141 Arkansas high school seniors have been named semifinalists in the 71st annual National Merit Scholarship Program among more than 16,000 students nationwide — they will compete for 6,930 scholarships worth nearly $26 million with finalists announced in February.
