- ➤ Rogers sold a medical and retail property for $4.75 million when Jonesboro-based Long Point Enterprises, LLC bought the two-acre site at South Dixieland Road and South Pleasant Crossing — the property has two buildings with about 4,000 square feet leased to Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas and 8,800 square feet rented to Los Compas Margaritatown Restaurant and JP&O, and it was developed in 2020 for Chordline Holdings by Haag Brown Commercial. - ➤ In a public forum held Wednesday at Centerton City Hall, data from DPZ CoDesign showed households in Benton and Washington counties spent 24% of their income on transportation costs and 22% on housing—figures that may drive major changes in regional planning.
