- ➤ Arkansas State Police announced an 'extreme safety' campaign on Monday to remind drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists to stay alert and follow safety guidelines, and the campaign will run until Oct. 18—coinciding with National Pedestrian Safety Month and urging extra caution on urban roads.
