- ➤ The Bentonville School Board voted on Oct. 22 to drop class rankings for the senior class of 2026, which means no valedictorian or salutatorian will be named. Rogers Public Schools also ended rankings to reduce unhealthy competition among students (a change supported by community feedback on mental health). 5 News

- ➤ Former assistant coaches Jody Grant and Chad Harbison recalled the 2006 overtime game at Gates Stadium when Rogers beat Bentonville in front of over 10,000 fans.
