- ➤ Country singer Parker McCollum announced his 2026 self-titled tour will include a stop at the Walmart AMP in Rogers on Friday, Sept. 18, with gates opening at 6 p.m. and tickets going on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 21 (ticket prices range from $54 to $134 plus fees) (he recently released his fifth album and earned multiple ACM awards). 5 News

- ➤ A sports podcast with Matt Jones and Christina Long discussed Arkansas' football coaching search and reported that Hunter Yurachek was promoted to chairman of the College Football Playoff selection committee—and they shared predictions for the upcoming Razorbacks versus LSU game this weekend.
